it's all about impression(s) - poetic and mournful, egocentric and moody lyrics (striking passive aggression and sadness); really good, slow, melodic playing! melo doom at its best!
Favorite track: Slumber Asylum.
Possibly one of my favourite albums ever, it never fails to amaze. Before now I've listened to Apotheosis on loop for hours (a real rarity) and still discovered new details by the end.
Favorite track: Apotheosis.
The second long awaited album from the French doom death metal masters Inborn Suffering! After successful album in 2006 which got many positive reviews of the critics and listeners, the band fell silent for a long time in order to return with a new album which raising Inborn Suffering to a new stage. The new album is 72 minutes of atmospheric and melodic doom death metal in its best traditions. The majestic, full of despair and gloom, music is able to become a discovery for all fans of the genre. Plunge into the world of despair and emptiness and give your heart to "Regression To Nothingness". The powerful sound of the album will give particular pleasure to music lovers. Recorded and mixed by Andrew Guillotin (Glorior Belli, Fractal Gates, Temple Of Baal) and mastered by Jens Borgen (Paradise Lost, Opeth, Katalonia, Draconian).
